Overseas shipment

For customers outside of Japan:
Any items that you purchase on the ANDWARE TOKY online shop will be delivered to you as detailed in the guide below.

How items are delivered after purchasing:

ANDWARE TOKY does not directly ship items outside of Japan. We ask that you please use a forwarding service that will ship items from Japan to addresses located overseas.

ANDWARE TOKY account creation:

An account is required to purchase items. You can create a new account on the "Account Sign-up" page. In order to sign up for an account, you will need to enter your name, email address, and other such information.

Purchasing items:

Add items that you would like to purchase to your cart, and then continue on with the checkout process. ANDWARE TOKY does not directly ship items internationally, so for the delivery address, please enter the address that was provided to you by the forwarding service. If you were provided with an ID as well, then please enter the ID in the address section too.

If you do not have an account with a forwarding service:
ANDWARE TOKY recommends "tenso.com" for any customers that do not already have an account with a forwarding service.

*We still cannot ship overseas even if you enter a foreign address when you are checking out. Please be sure to use a forwarding service in order to ship your items from Japan to an address overseas.

Shipping items:

Our staff will check and confirm your purchases before packaging them. Then from there, they will be sent to the forwarding service's address that you entered during checkout. Once the package arrives at the forwarding service, they will check over the items and then ship them to you.

Receiving your items:

Once your items arrive in your country, the domestic shipping company there will deliver your items to you. Please check your items as soon as you receive them. If there are any problems with the items you purchased, then we ask that you please contact the forwarding service first and inquire with them.

For any inquiries after you have purchased items:

If there are any problems with your items after you receive them:
The forwarding service will package the items again and then give them to the shipping company to ship overseas. Therefore, if there are any problems with your items (damage, missing items, etc.), please contact the forwarding service you used.
